Our story all began with an idea. We wanted to launch a business, turning a hobby into something more.

We are former ERP senior consultants (SAP to be more accurate) that had the opportunity to work in many different international projects for customer organizations in Europe, United States and Asia.

We have been part of successfull projects but also we have experienced failure. This made us realize that even the best formulated business strategies fail to be executed successfully if the leadership vision is not translated into focused action and measurable results across the entire organization.
